Parsley (Petroselinum) for Bad Breath + A Lot More, Did You Know?

Did you know that no other natural remedy freshens bad breath as well as parsley? Parsley is rich in chlorophyll, this herbal food garnish kills the bacteria that cause bad odor. Simply nibble on a sprig after eating raw onions or garlic or whenever your breath smells sour.
Parsley is also rich in  anti-oxidant nutrients, have volatile oils to help neutralize particular types of carcinogens (like the benzopyrenes that are part of cigarette smoke and charcoal grill smoke), rich in vitamin C and A, and folic acid, one of the most important B vitamins, great for people who have or wish to prevent the risk of heart attack and stroke in people with atherosclerosis or diabetic heart disease.

Folic acid is also a critical nutrient for proper cell division and is therefore vitally important for cancer-prevention in two areas of the body that contain rapidly dividing cells-the colon, and in women, the cervix.

God Bless And Have A Excellent Saturday!
