Cinnamon (Cinnamon Zeylanicum) And Blood Pressure, Did You Know?

 Did you know that cinnamon (bark of the cinnamon) can lower blood pressure. That's right, as little as a teaspoon a day, just sprinkled on toast, food, in drinks. I love it in my coffee in the morning. In any case, even if you choose to use the pills, make sure they say cinnamon bark on the ingredients, that's were the benefits come in.
 Cinnamon is also used for ailments like, arthritis, rheumatism, viruses, eczema, gas, yeast infections,

cold hands and feet.
  You can't go wrong with A little cinnamon bark a day. I have been doing it for years!
