Curried Rice For Chest Congestion And More! Did You Know?

 Did you know that eating a plate of curried, sauteed onions on rice can really loosen congestion in your chest? Lightly saute two onions, sliced, and at least 1 teaspoon of curry powder in 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil until the onions are soft.You can add more spices if you like, I usually add quite a bit of hot peppers, which will really clear you out! . Curry also has more health benefits than you think, it reduces inflammation of the joints, prevents  swelling of joints in rats that had arthritis. And it’s not only arthritis that it may be helpful for. Other studies suggest that this powerful spice may also help protect us against cancer, heart disease and even Alzheimer’s disease.
