Leg Pain Causes And Herbal Remedies! Did You Know?

Did you know that there are various causes of leg pain? Leg pain could be a serious thing so always check with a doctor if it persists. Some of the causes could be as follows;

Straining of the muscles and ligaments of the legs.
General body weakness.
Standing or waling for long hours.
Nervine weakness may also be responsible for pains.
Over excertion of legs.
Conditions like arthritis and diabetes may also be responsible for pain in legs.

Taking stream bath and frequent massages is always recommended in such cases.
Wrapping of red fennel on the area affected has wonderful results.

Balanced diet is essential to remove general body weakness.
Consuming walnuts empty stomach early morning is very good in preventing joint pains.
All types of body weakness can be cured by consuming cod liver oil.
Consume a glass of water with one or two spoons of fenugreek powder is nice remedy to avoid pains in body.
Performing yoga exercises like gomukh asana and uttan pad asana is very effective in relieving from leg pains.
