Did you know stevia is a herb that is used by many in place of sugar as it has a sweetness without the calories and insulin-raising potential harms, and the even worse potential harms associated with some artificial sweeteners.

Some herbs may have a sweetness as opposed to any major or overpowering bitterness components...such as dill, marjoram, fennel, mint, basil and tarragon.

If you are looking for a herb blend for stews then bouquet garnet is usually used. Most bouquet garnet recipes include parsley, thyme and bay leaf. They may also include basil, burnet, chervil, rosemary, peppercorns, marjoram, savory and tarragon.
For deserts then cinnamon, lavender and nutmeg may be used, depending on the recipe....and I would class these as sweet herbs as long as small amounts are used

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Thanks for looking! God Bless, Simone :)
