Did you know that eggshells are a great source of calcium? Here's a good trick;
Fill a jar halfway with crushed eggshells.
Cover with vinegar (I use Bragg's Organic) leave for two weeks.
Strain, then take one to three tablespoons a day.
It is delicious as a salad dressing or in sauces.
Sweeten with honey (raw is best), it makes a refershing drink!
